Their driver Mando was an absolute Godsend. Wrecked my truck inside a parking garage. AAA sent two wreckers out said they couldn’t load it on flatbed, because ceiling was too low. Spoke with three other companies they said they couldn’t do it. Called A-Tex, lady on the phone was very nice and professional. A big flatbed shows up and a guy named Mondo hops out takes a look and starts hooking up my truck. He tells me what he is going to do and how he’s going to do it. I literally waited 8 hours on other companies and Mondo from A-Tex had me loaded in less than 15 minutes. He then took my truck to the shop and texted me a picture of it after dropping it off. I asked him why the others couldn’t do it he said, because they don’t have my experience. Super great guy, really nice working with someone like him after a long frustrating day. Highly recommend A-Tex. People like Mondo make this company a big step above. Thanks.
